Terms and Conditions – Will PKR Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player") and Will PKR ("we," "us," "the Platform") when you access, register, deposit, bet, play, or withdraw through willpkr.com. Will PKR is an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform operated for players based in Pakistan. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Will PKR provides access to sports betting — including PSL cricket, virtual sports, and international leagues — as well as live casino games including Andar Bahar, Roulette, card games, and crash game formats. These Terms apply equally to all product categories available on the Will PKR platform.

By accessing Will PKR from Pakistan or any other location, you accept that these Terms, together with the Will PKR Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete and binding agreement between you and Will PKR. You should print or save a copy of these Terms for your personal records.

To use Will PKR, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Will PKR operates a strict minimum age policy and will verify player age as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be permanently closed and all funds frozen pending investigation.
• You must be accessing Will PKR as an individual in your personal capacity, not as a representative of any corporate entity or third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cool-off period previously requested from Will PKR or any other gaming operator. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded and attempt to re-register at Will PKR will have their new accounts closed without notice.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location. Will PKR does not provide legal advice on this matter — it is your responsibility to understand the applicable laws in your jurisdiction before placing bets.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Betting on behalf of third parties or operating a syndicate account through Will PKR is prohibited.

Will PKR reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide these within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any pending withdrawal may be held until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Will PKR account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances across duplicate accounts.

When registering at Will PKR, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani contact number or email address, and your date of birth. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your Will PKR account login credentials. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with anyone.
• Not allow any other person to access your Will PKR account under any circumstances.
• Contact Will PKR support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Log out of your Will PKR account on shared or public devices.

Will PKR is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access that was caused by your failure to secure your login credentials. Any activity on your account — including bets placed — will be treated as authorised until you notify Will PKR of a security concern.

All financial transactions on Will PKR are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency conversion at any stage. Will PKR supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Will PKR charges no platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside Will PKR's control and are your responsibility. Will PKR processes withdrawal requests promptly, but delays caused by third-party payment processors are beyond our control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit into your Will PKR account, or that have been verified through the KYC process. Will PKR reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above Rs 50,000.

Will PKR does not accept deposits from third parties. Your deposit must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party sources may be returned and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

Will PKR's betting rules apply across all product categories including PSL cricket, international sports, virtual sports, live casino, and crash games. By placing any bet on the Will PKR platform, you agree to the following:

• Bet confirmation is final. Once a bet is confirmed by Will PKR's system and appears in your bet slip or betting history, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. Please review your selection, stake, and odds carefully before confirming.
• Minimum stake. The minimum stake per bet across all Will PKR markets is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market, sport, and event and are displayed in the relevant betting interface before confirmation.
• Odds changes. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. Will PKR is not responsible for any odds displayed in third-party communications, screenshots, or cached browser states.
• Void bets. Will PKR reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (e.g. a data feed error resulted in incorrect odds), placed after an event has started when early closure was not triggered correctly, or placed by a player under self-exclusion. Voided bets have stakes returned to the player's Will PKR wallet.
• Results and settlement. All cricket bets at Will PKR are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. For PSL, this means the Pakistan Cricket Board's official scorecard. For virtual sports, results are produced by Will PKR's certified RNG software and are final.
• In-play betting. In-play markets at Will PKR operate subject to a brief delay between the on-field action and market availability. Will PKR reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice. Bets placed just before an in-play market is suspended are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was received by Will PKR's servers.
• Accumulator bets. Will PKR supports accumulator bets combining multiple selections. All individual legs must win for the accumulator to pay. Any leg that is voided will reduce the accumulator by that leg — the remaining legs are recalculated at the revised combined odds.

Will PKR's trading team monitors all betting activity. Unusual patterns, including but not limited to exploiting pricing errors, coordinated betting across multiple accounts, or placing bets using insider information, may result in bet voidance, account suspension, or permanent closure at Will PKR's sole discretion.

Will PKR offers welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaign bonuses throughout the year. These offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. The following general rules apply to all Will PKR bonuses:

• One welcome bonus per player. The Will PKR welcome deposit bonus is available once to each new player. Creating duplicate accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times is fraudulent and will result in permanent closure of all accounts involved.
• Wagering requirements. All bonuses at Will PKR are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover multiple (e.g. 10x, 20x) is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Eligible markets. Not all betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of each bet placed. Casino and virtual sports contributions are specified in the individual promotion terms at Will PKR.
• Expiry. All Will PKR bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any wagering progress will be forfeited automatically. Will PKR does not reinstate expired bonuses.
• Will PKR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time if it determines that the promotion is being abused, exploited, or accessed by ineligible players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Will PKR. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Will PKR platform.
• Using false, stolen, or fabricated identity documents or payment methods during registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit pricing errors, software bugs, or technical malfunctions in Will PKR's betting or casino systems for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with Will PKR's systems without express written permission.
• Colluding with other Will PKR players to manipulate game outcomes, bonus claims, or betting markets.
• Using the Will PKR platform for any money laundering purpose, including depositing funds from criminal activity or structuring transactions to obscure their origin.
• Accessing your Will PKR account from a location or device subject to a VPN, proxy, or other tool designed to obscure your actual geographic location.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Will PKR account to another individual.

Will PKR's compliance team conducts ongoing monitoring of player activity. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Will PKR will cooperate fully with any law enforcement request related to prohibited conduct on the platform.

Will PKR takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a range of tools to help players maintain control of their betting activity. These tools are available to every Will PKR account holder from their account settings panel and include:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your Will PKR account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session time limits: Set a reminder or hard limit on how long each Will PKR session can last. The session will automatically end when the limit is reached.
• Loss limits: Cap the total losses you can incur within a specified time period at Will PKR. When the limit is reached, further betting is blocked until the period resets.
• Cool-off period: Take a short break from Will PKR of between 1 and 42 days. Your account will be inaccessible for the duration and cannot be removed early.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from Will PKR. Self-exclusion is a serious, binding step. Requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.

Will PKR strongly encourages all players to bet only with money they can afford to lose, to take regular breaks, and to monitor their betting history regularly. Will PKR collects and processes personal data from players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering at Will PKR, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data practices at Will PKR include:

• Your personal information is collected for account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes only.
• Will PKR does not sell your personal data to any third party.
• Payment data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols and is never stored in plain text on Will PKR's systems.
• Will PKR may share data with its payment processing partners and with law enforcement when legally required to do so.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data held by Will PKR. Submit such requests to support@willpkr.com.

Will PKR provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Will PKR website or mobile interface at all times. Scheduled maintenance, server issues, third-party network failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.

Will PKR is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Betting decisions made by a player based on information that was incorrect at the time of placing, where such information originated from a source other than the Will PKR platform itself.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by a third-party payment provider such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, or a bank.
• Any technical malfunction on the player's device, internet connection, or mobile network that prevents a bet from being placed or confirmed at Will PKR.
• Any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Will PKR platform.

In all cases, Will PKR's maximum liability to any individual player for any claim related to use of the platform is limited to the amount of the player's net deposits in the preceding 30 days.

Will PKR reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Will PKR will notify existing registered players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except where urgent regulatory or security reasons require immediate implementation.

Your continued use of the Will PKR platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept a change to these Terms, you must stop using Will PKR and close your account by contacting support before the change takes effect.
